PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE
Delivery: Topflightsignings rely on Royal Mail's postal service to perform the Delivery. We track all our items that are sent out with them to make sure they arrive with you safely. We very rarely receive any problems but when we do this isn’t an issue as all our items are insured for over their value so any problems will be compensated for. If for any reason the goods do not arrive with you or arrive damaged then this is an issue we will resolve with royal mail for you. As soon as we receive your goods we will compensate you as long as the goods weren’t damaged after delivery.
Contact: We ask for your email address on purchase to keep you informed about your order. We contact you in relation to your order when your order has been confirmed and when the item is despatched. Any email sent by the customer to Topflightsignings will be responded to promptly and any email received from us is completely secure.
Supply: We try to despatch any goods to you within the 48 hour time period that we state. If you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement with us prior to ordering. Most of our products are nearly always available for immediate despatch, those that aren’t are usually products that are requested and aren’t displayed on our site. Unless we state otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible.
Data & Privacy: The information you supply to us during an order or an email is strictly private and will be stored in our private database only. It is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. Under no circumstances is this information passed to a third party.
Guarantee: All of our products come with a lifetime authenticity guarantee. We feel confident that we can guarantee your total satisfaction with our products and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Refunds: Full refunds are provided in the following circumstances. In the event of loss, dissatisfaction with the product supplied, authenticity queries or damage on receiving goods. A refund is provided if a replacement is not acceptable, the goods however need to be returned and inspected prior to a refund being issued (unless required by Royal Mail for their investigations) but a full refund will be sent. A refund will be supplied in the form in which it was sent to us. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer. If the goods ordered were a gift to a third party, your giftee should contact us immediately (stating the purchasers name) if they feel the goods are not in perfect condition. We suggest that we will attend to this without any fear of embarrassment to you. We feel this is what you the customer would want us to do on your behalf.
Payment: When you pay for your goods and input your details this is only a provisional order, we will not process your order and take any payment from your account until the items are ready for dispatch. Some of our customers submit their third party orders prior to the delivery time they choose and their payment therefore, may not be processed for period of time. Payment online is through PayPal services which is totally secure.
Topflightsignings have the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.
VAT: All of the products displayed on this website include VAT. Under no circumstances should any extra VAT be added to you order unless it is concerning another service or product that will either be stated to you prior to purchase.
Complaints: All complaints should be sent via email to customer services, from this we will deal with your complaint personally straight away. Clearly we take any complaint very seriously and respond appropriately to try and resolve any issue you have. At busy times e.g. holiday periods; this might lead to a delay of 24 hours. Any complaints you have with the quality of the service you receive or the quality of the item received should be made within a reasonable time period after delivery e.g. 14 days
Stock: We will try our best to make sure that our website is always fully functional. However it is not possible to guarantee that we will always have a full range of stock. In these cases the items that are not available should be marked as “out of stock”. In certain cases the website may have to undergo maintenance or be temporarily unavailable to allow for the introduction of new facilities or services.

All software used on this site is the property of Topflightsignings. Under no circumstances except for customer records (printed copies) should any of the designs present on this website be copied in anyway. All items on this website of protected by UK copyright law.
Law and Jurisdiction: Any contract for your purchase from Topflightsignings is governed by and has to be interpreted under English law.
